Service Description

An on-going workshop featuring a 12-week preparation and taste of vegetarian, vegan, and raw food. Come experience the stories of courageous individuals who changed the way they eat, reversed conditions of health and have maxed out on the benefits in great health. What is organic? How does the four food group differ from the traditional 6-food group of the food guide pyramid? What foods comprise the four groups and what meals can I prepare to gain the right amount of nutrients my body needs? Organic foods, low fat, vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains bring excellent benefits, such as anti-oxidants and natural weight loss. Come taste a sumptuous selections, take home recipes, and learn about alternative ingredients. Many resources shared. Workshop topics include but not limited to Cooking with Whole Grains, Nut and Seed Milks, Seeds and Sunburgers, and Fruit Beverage Elixirs.
